The bundle consists of the following items:

 – Seabass Fillet 450g – 500g x 2

 – Threadfin Fillet 250g – 300g x 2

 – Red Snapper Fillet 400g – 500g x 2

* The weight range is before any descaling, de-gutting and cleaning of fish.

* Our fillets/fish slices contains minimal to no bones as we have carefully remove the bones we can see and feel by hand. However, there may still be some pin bones hidden in the flesh which we may not be able to spot. Please exercise extra cautious when feeling young kid and elderly. 

*As our fillets are hand-cut from whole fish, sizes and shapes may vary slightly depending on the cut. The portion you receive is selected on random, and may include different parts of the fish (e.g. belly, tail, or mid-section). On some days, if the fish is smaller, you may receive 3 pieces instead of 2 — but rest assured, the total weight will always match what is stated.
