ORDER AND DELIVERY
There is no minimum purchase required.
All orders above S$58 qualify for free delivery! Otherwise, a flat delivery fee of S$10 will apply. Please note that an additional fee of S$8 will be added on top of the flat fee for deliveries to restriction locations (Sentosa, Jurong Island, Tuas etc). We will notify you via WhatsApp if the additional fee is required.
We provide door-to-door delivery service, and we deliver daily except on Monday as the markets are closed. Our delivery time are scheduled between 1 pm – 6 pm. However, in event of any unforeseen circumstances for delays in delivery, we will inform customers immediately. The daily cut-off timing for website orders would be 8 pm (2000 hours). Do note for orders made on Sundays, the next available delivery will be scheduled on following Tuesdays instead, subjected to availability of delivery slots.
Unfortunately, at this point of time, we cannot provide a specific delivery time as our dispatch services follow a planned daily route. However, please let us know your preferred time or window for delivery, and we will do our best to accommodate your request (though we cannot guarantee it).

For any amendments to order or to add on any additional item to your order, please contact us immediately at +65 8917 5893 and we will make the necessary arrangement depending on the situation if your order has already been dispatched or packed. Kindly note that it is also subject to product availability.
As seafood are perishable and need to be keep in refrigerator immediately after receiving, it is recommended to have someone at home to receive and check the orders.
Our seafood is packed with ice in foam boxes that can maintain freshness for 3-5 hours. If no one is available to receive the order and we are unable to reach you, our delivery representative will leave your order at your doorstep, take proof of delivery, and send it to you via WhatsApp. Please note that in case of any re-delivery, a S$10 delivery fee will apply. TANSOFRESH will not be liable for any deterioration in the quality and freshness of the products in such instances.
We provide delivery island-wide in Mainland Singapore from based on the available delivery time slots. Additional fee will apply for delivery to restriction area such as Sentosa, Jurong Island and Tuas.
Online purchase for multiple locations is not available. However, you can contact us via WhatsApp for deliveries to multiple locations, subject to a minimum order value requirement.
PAYMENT & REWARD
We accept Debit/Credit Card (Master, Visa) and Paynow.
Reward points accumulated can be used to off-set your future purchases. Do note that every $1 spent = 1 point. Kindly refer to our “Rewards” page for more information.
PRODUCT AND PACKAGING
We provide different customized cutting options for our seafoods, and you can choose your desired options during the selection process when ordering. Kindly stick to the cutting options available for each seafood product as other cutting styles may not be applicable for certain types of seafood due to their size and other various reason. Nevertheless, please feel free to contact us via email or Whatsapp if you have any questions or feedback on this.
Yes! Rest assured that by default the seafood are cleaned, de-scaled and de-gutted. Kindly note that the weight of the products stated on the website is before descaled, degutted and cleaned.
All of our products, both fresh & frozen are sealed and packed for easy storage. However, some items, especially those in ‘ready-to-eat’ category, may be packed in their original packaging.
As seafood have an extensive range and many are seasonal products from time to time, not all items are posted online. Hence, if you are looking for a specific item, do let us know your feedback at contact@tansofresh.com.sg or Whatsapp us at +65 8917 5893, we will be glad to source and provide the item if possible!
Strictly no cancellation is allowed after order has been placed. To save trouble, please check all items upon delivery so that our delivery personnel can react accordingly onsite if necessary. If not, please contact +65 8917 5893 or email contact@tansofresh.com.sg on the date of delivery (by 2359 Hours Singapore time) with photo proof. We will make the necessary arrangement on case-to-case basis. TANSOFRESH will not accept any returns in exchange for any refunds as seafood is perishable.
All our products listed on our website are in-stock at the time of order. However, the product is still subject to market availability. We will inform you immediately if an item you have ordered becomes unavailable before we deliver your order to you. The item(s) that you did not receive will be refunded to you immediately. Kindly note that refund will take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your debit or credit card statement.
