Threadfin Bones (午鱼骨)

Also knows as Ngor Her (Hokkien) or Kurau (Malay). It is the “go-to-fish’ for babies and mummies as it acids in the neurological development of children and boosts supply for breastfeeding. The bones are good for fish stock and can be used for fish soup.
