Grey Prawns are commonly found in the the wet market. It is one of the common favorite seafood ingredient that is versatile for many dishes and cooking method.
They are packed with natural sweetness, and can be used as a complementary ingredient to many food dishes such as curries, stir-fry vegetables, noodles and rice! However, not recommended for steaming.
The texture is nice and bouncy but not as chewy as compared to the other prawns like Ang Kah and Glass Prawns.
