The wild-caught fish is one of the local favorite which can be commonly found in most of the wet markets. It is prized for its high levels of moisture for the flesh. Simply cook it with sweet and sour sauce or use for porridge/soup.
Note:
* Our fillets and fish slices contain minimal to no bones, as we carefully remove any we can see and feel by hand. However, there may still be small pin bones hidden in the flesh that are difficult to detect. Please exercise extra caution when serving young children and the elderly.

The black grouper has a mild but very unique taste. It has a firmer texture and a high level of moisture than any other fish. The flesh is usually thicker as compared to fillets from snappers.
