Bacon wrap scallop with bell pepper lollipop

Ingredients
- 8 large sea scallops (1 pound)
- Himalayan pink salt
- Pepper
- 8 thick-cut bacon slices
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Red, green or yellow bell pepper or all
Directions

Preheat the oven to 380°. Prepare baking sheet in oven tray

Season the scallops with salt and pepper

Cut bell pepper into small cube sizes

Wrap each scallop with 1 slice of bacon

Prepare satay stick by putting alternate scallop wrapped with bacon and bell pepper, securing it with a toothpick

Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with the butter.

Roast for 18 to 20 minutes, until the bacon and scallops are cooked through.

Garnish and Ready to Serve warm.
