Shrimp Cheese Pasta

Cooking Tips
  • 100g prawn
  • Salt and black pepper to season
  • 200g spaghetti noodles
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 180g cooking cream
  • ½ cup garlic
  • 2 tablespoon butter

    Peel the prawns and season with pinch of black pepper and salt. Massage the prawns and leave it for 10 mins

    Boil the spaghetti noodles in saltwater for 10 mins until the noodles soften

  • 3.

    Fry the peeled seasoned prawns under mid fire in wok. Remove from the wok once it is fully cooked

  • 4.

    Melt butter on the frying pan

  • 5.

    After butter is melted, add garlic and fry until fragrance

  • 6.

    Pour 180g of cooking cream into wok

  • 7.

    Add 1 slice of cheese

  • 8.

    After cheese is melted in the wok, add the boiled spaghetti noodles, add more black pepper to taste (optional)

  • 9.

    Add in the cooked peeled prawns, and shrimp cheese pasta is ready to serve!
