- 1 yellow fish
- ¼ Garlic clove
- 4 pieces Ginger slice
- 1 lemon
- Thai fish sauce
Steps

Rinse and scale the yellow fish

Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices

Cut 4 pieces of ginger slice

Cut the lemon into half

5.
Prepare the fish, squeeze the lemon juice and massage on the fish

Place the ginger slice on the plate used for steaming

Place the yellow fish on top of the ginger slice

Lastly, place the garlic slices on top of the yellow fish

Pour over Thai fish sauce on the fish

Steam for 20 minutes

Ready to serve
