Threadfin Fish (午鱼肉) aka “Ngoh Her” is a premium fish that is loved by many parents because of its delicious and nutritional value to the mummies and babies.

Threadfin is popular amongst mummies and babies as it is believed to have high nutrients to boost supply for breastfeeding and also good for brain development of the child. Cooking Methods: Threadfin is best eaten steamed, in soup or in porridge. It is usually not recommended to fry the fish as its meat is very fine and flaky and may come apart easily when frying.
