The Asia Seabass also known as “Kim Bak Lor” are typically farmed in the Malaysia sea. They are one of the most popular local choice. The flesh is firm with large, white moist flakes while the flavour is sweet and buttery. It can be prepared and cooked in many ways!

 

Note:

* Our fillets and fish slices contain minimal to no bones, as we carefully remove any we can see and feel by hand. However, there may still be small pin bones hidden in the flesh that are difficult to detect. Please exercise extra caution when serving young children and the elderly.
