TOF’s Flavorful Way of Cooking the Otak Fish Cake
1. *Thaw the Otak Paste*: Thaw the otak paste until it is about 50% thawed.
2. *Portion the Paste*: Cut the partially thawed paste into small strips.
3. *Air Fry*: Place the strips in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes.
4. *Serve and Enjoy*: The otak strips are ready to serve, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You will love it!
