Honey Garlic Salmon

Ingredients
- 250g salmon fillet
- Salt and pepper to season
- 30g butter
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 60g honey
- 15g water
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 15g freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Lemon wedges (for garnish)
Steps

Preheat the oven to grill setting on medium heat to 220 degrees Celsius

Season salmon with salt, pepper and paprika

Melt butter on pan over mid-high heat

Add garlic and saute for a minute until fragrant

Pour in the honey, water and soy sauce
-

Add in the lemon juice, stire well to combine all the flavours together

Add salmon fillet to the sauce in the pan

Cook each fillet for 4-5 minutes or until golden

Season with salt and pepper (taste to desire)

Add the lemon wedges around the salmon(optional)

Baste salmon once more before transferring the pan to your oven to grill for another 5-6 minutes or until top of the salmon are nicely charred and cooked to your texture liking

Drizzle with the sauce and a squeeze of lemon juice, and the dish is ready to be served!
