Baked Cod fish with lemon garlic

Ingredients
- 680g cod fish
- 1/3 cup All-purpose flour for seasoning
- 5 minced garlic cloves
- 5 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 5 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon melted butter.
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- ¾ teaspoon sweet Spanish paprika
- ¾ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt.
Steps

Pre-heat oven to 200°C (400°F)

Prepare the lemon sauce in a bowl by mixing together 5 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, 5 tablespoon of extra virgin oil and 2 tablespoon melted butter

Take another bowl and mix together 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour with 1 teaspoon ground coriander , ¾ teaspoon sweet spanish paprika, ¾ teaspoon ground cumin and ¾ teaspoon kosher salt

Dip the fish in the prepared lemon sauce, then coat it well with the flour mixture. Keep the remaining lemon sauce for later use.

Sear the fish in olive oil for about 2 minutes on each side

Add 5 mince garlic cloves to the lemon sauce and pour it over the codk

7.
Bake in 200°C (400°F) preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until cod is fully cooked through, the fish is ready when it turns into a beautiful white opaque and flakes easily

Garnish the fish with some parsley and lemon slices and the dish is ready to be served!
